"It is a great pleasure to provide feedback and recommend to you, Wayne and the team from SBS following the work they have just completed for us. From the first contact, the quotation, the work programme and then all the way through the actual job Wayne and the team worked extremely professionally and diligently to replace a failing en-suite wet room floor with a low profile tray and at the same time updated the overall look of the en-suite with new tiles, it looks fantastic we are very happy with it. The team were extremely hard working and delivered a great final product, better than we imagined. They handed it over when they said they would, nothing was too much trouble, including the small things like covering the carpets and cleaning the finished room, they explained every aspect of the job as they went along and they made the whole process a really positive experience."

"Absolute 100% satisfaction from start to finish. After Wayne made contact he came to see me spent some time finding exactly what was required to suit my wife's needs and measured up the bathroom. Within 24 hrs he had e mailed a full quote itemising everything. His price was reasonable but more important was reliability. He did not let me down because Alan the plumber then attended and Wayne kept on popping in to drop off what was required, as needed and check on progress. He also added a couple of last minute extra items, with no added charge. On the last day Ian arrived to replace the floor covering Both Wayne and Alan are two true gentlemen and enjoyed their company whilst they were here and my wife is over the moon with the result I have no hesitation in recommending them for their professionalism, reliability and standard of work."
